The Periodic Table of Event Management
Every element of the platform, from the first ticket sold to the last scan at the gate.
Every Feature, Explained
Ticketing
- Event Management
- Create an event with its name, venue, date and doors time, and Better Tickets generates a unique event SKU and checks your URL slug. Add a hero image and an optional purchase-page banner, then run it with Active, On Sale, Sold Out and Expired switches.
- Venues
- Save each venue once with its code, address, timezone, images and FAQs, then pick it from a dropdown whenever you create an event. Every venue also gets its own public landing page on your storefront that you can copy and share.
- Location Pricing
- On location-based events, every pickup location has its own per-ticket price and capacity. Staff adjust capacity with plus and minus controls, watch sold versus capacity on a progress ring, and mark a single location Sold Out without touching the rest of the event.
- Session Ticketing
- Switch an event to session-based ticketing and buyers pick one or more sessions in a single cart. Each session has its own name, code, start and end time, price and capacity, and an event can run on a single day or across a multi-day date range.
- Full Event Pass
- Offer one Full Event Access pass that covers every session on every day of a multi-day event. Set its name, price and capacity, and each pass issues one ticket per event day, each with its own check-in QR code.
- Multi-Night Bundles
- Package several nights into one product, like a 3-Night Pass, by combining event and location pairs. Set a percentage or fixed discount and a per-order limit. Each purchase issues one ticket per night, and the bundle page shows what's left for each night.
- Operations Hub
- Conference and trade show events get an Operations Hub with Setup and Overview tabs, plus Schedule, Ticketing and Attendee Add-ons for session-based events and Vendors when vendor management is on. The Overview rolls up sessions sold, pending vendor applications and open booths.
- QR Tickets
- Turn on QR Codes for an event and confirmation emails include a scannable admission QR. Tickets sent by text link to a mobile ticket pass with one QR per ticket, so buyers swipe from ticket to ticket at the door.
- Comp & Free Tickets
- Create a ticket by hand from the event page or ticket list, mark it as comped, and choose whether to send the standard confirmation email. Free events check out at $0 with no payment step, and a Block Free Tickets setting stops $0 orders when you need it.
- Low-Inventory Alerts
- Switch on Low Tickets for an event, location or session and buyers see a low-ticket warning, with location checkout showing how many remain. Staff who opt in under Alert Settings get Inventory Running Low and Event Sold Out alerts as locations sell down.
- Ticket Import
- Bring tickets over from another system by uploading a CSV. Map your columns, assign one event and location to every row or use the file's own, and review rows flagged as possible duplicates of existing tickets before anything is created.
- Event Cancellation
- Cancel an event from one confirmation dialog. Better Tickets refunds active tickets through Stripe, emails ticket holders with your cancellation reason and marks the event Cancelled. If the event is part of a multi-night bundle, you choose whether to refund bundle purchases, stop bundle sales or leave bundles on sale.
Travel & Add-Ons
- Shuttle Ticketing
- Sell rides to your event from a list of pickup stops. Buyers see each stop’s address, check-in and departure times and a seats-left counter when a stop runs low, plus optional View on Map and More Info links with photos and pickup FAQs. Restricted stops unlock with an access code.
- Pickup Locations
- Keep one library of pickup and drop-off points and attach them to any event. Set check-in windows, per-stop capacity and Sold Out switches, cap seats per departure or as an event-wide pool, and move riders off a cancelled stop in one step.
- One-Way Returns
- Stops run round trip by default. You can also sell one-way return rides, shown to buyers as departing 30 minutes after the event ends, convert round-trip stops to one-way with a press-and-hold button close to event time, and send a stop’s riders to a separate drop-off destination.
- Private Shuttles
- Sell a whole vehicle to a group as a Private Event Shuttle. Build reusable templates with a vehicle type, passenger capacity, per-passenger or flat-rate pricing, inventory, photos and FAQs, then attach them to events so buyers can choose their shuttle type at checkout.
- Bus Manifests
- Plan the buses behind every event. Add a charter vendor to an event, set spot times and bus counts, and press and hold to mark each schedule verified. A three-month calendar shows bus counts by day, and filtering by vendor shows their schedules, buses and events.
- Bus Vendors
- Keep charter bus companies with contacts and notes, then email each one their schedule. Send the full schedule or only what changed in the last 7 to 60 days, send a test copy first, or turn on Auto-notify so vendors get a digest when their schedule changes after the first send.
- Hotel Packages
- Sell hotel stays alongside rides. Dynamic packages let buyers choose how many ride tickets to add up to the room’s capacity, while fixed packages lock the people, nights and included ride tickets into one price and can offer a choice of room type. Optional sale alerts email your team.
- Hotel Confirmations
- Track every hotel booking from Pending to Confirmed. Staff enter the confirmation number, guest name and dates, upload a confirmation screenshot, and send a branded confirmation email with delivered, opened and clicked stats. The Hotel Packages list exports to CSV.
- Add-On Packages
- Build a library of packages such as VIP upgrades or food, each with a price, formatted description, images and an optional sales cutoff before the event. A package can include a per-ride-ticket discount, which buyers see right on the offer under Available Packages.
- Package Allocations
- Choose which pickup locations and events offer each package. Override price, max quantity and sort order per location, see units sold and whether each is available, apply a package to every upcoming event at a location in one step, and use Addons Overview to spot events with no add-ons.
- Amenities
- Sell extras such as a VIP parking pass next to the ticket. Each amenity has a name, price, formatted description and photos, and is assigned to the events where it should appear. Buyers add them with simple plus and minus controls during checkout.
- Trip Options
- When an event offers more than rides, buyers start by picking a trip type: Book A Ride, Private Event Shuttle, Book A Hotel & Ride Package, Transportation & Add-Ons or Full Package. Each option shows only the packages and extras that belong to it.
- Attendee Add-Ons
- Offer packages, hotel stays and extras with session tickets, passes and multi-night bundles. Set eligibility, minimums, maximums, shared inventory and required choices such as picking a hotel. Session buyers see them under Enhance your visit, and bundle buyers choose add-ons for each night.
Checkout
- Branded Storefront
- Your purchase site carries your logo, brand colors and homepage heading, plus an image slider beside checkout. Event pages, venue pages, a contact page and footer legal links come built in, and buyers can share an event link or switch between light and dark themes.
- Event Calendar
- The purchase homepage lists upcoming events alongside a month calendar, keyword search and a venue filter. Buyers tap a date or month to narrow the list, clear filters in one click, and spot sold-out or low-ticket badges before opening an event.
- Guided Checkout
- Buyers move through clear numbered steps: choose tickets, add any extras you offer, enter contact details, then pay. An order summary accompanies every step, and the finished order shows a confirmation ID while the ticket and receipt arrive by email.
- FAQs & More Info
- Write FAQs for each event, venue, pickup location, package and amenity, plus general FAQs for your whole account. Buyers open them from a More Info button during checkout, grouped into tabs you can show, hide and reorder.
- Checkout Terms
- Write your own checkout terms and privacy policy, with event details like date, venue and check-in times filled in automatically. Buyers tick a box to agree before paying, and each order keeps the acceptance time and the exact terms they saw.
- Free & Comped Orders
- When an order totals $0, from a free event or a 100% off code, buyers skip the card form and claim their tickets with one button. Prefer to never give tickets away? One switch blocks all $0 purchases for your account.
- Sold-Out Handling
- Mark events and pickup locations on sale, sold out or low on tickets, and buyers see matching badges as they browse. Checkout confirms availability again right before charging, so buyers get a clear message instead of a surprise if tickets run out mid-purchase.
- Event Banners
- Pin a promotional banner to an event's purchase page and it stays in place through every checkout step. Pick a style, add an image or link, and decide whether buyers can dismiss it. A maintenance banner can also warn visitors across your purchase site.
- Help & Support
- Add your own support message to purchase pages and a contact form with custom topics and questions, each routed to the right inbox. You can also connect Crisp for live chat, or point the contact link to your own support page.
- Embeddable Checkout
- Place the full checkout on your own website with an iframe or a script tag. The script version resizes to fit its content, and either can lock buyers to a single event or hide promo entry or chat. Checkout only loads on websites you have allowlisted.
- Test Mode
- Mark an event as a test to keep it off public listings while your team buys through its direct link, with a TEST EVENT badge on the page. Embedded checkouts also offer a test mode that takes Stripe test cards and keeps those tickets out of live inventory and affiliate stats.
- Fraud Blocklist
- Stop known bad actors by blocking an email address or a first and last name. Blocked buyers are stopped after entering contact info, before any payment form appears, and are asked to contact your support email. The list stays private and is never shown to buyers.
- Marketplace Listing
- Choose whether your events also appear on the shared BetterTickets marketplace at purchase.bettertickets.com. Switch it off and your events stay available only on your own purchase site, with nothing else to change.
Payments
- Stripe Payments
- Checkout runs on Stripe's secure payment form, and you connect your own Stripe account in App Settings with live and test keys. Ticket sales, add-ons and pay links all charge through that account, so the money lands in Stripe under your name.
- Apple & Google Pay
- Buyers on supported phones and browsers can pay with Apple Pay or Google Pay right in the payment form, next to regular card entry. Wallets work on ticket checkout and on pay links, so buyers can pay without typing in card details.
- Service Fees
- Orders can include a per-ticket service fee, and checkout tells buyers what the price includes. You can also turn on a Processing Fee for packages, amenities and hotel add-ons, set as a percent plus a flat amount with round-up, so card costs don't come out of your margin.
- Pay Links
- Create a one-time charge for anything outside checkout, add an optional service fee, and email the buyer a pay link. Each charge moves from Sent to Viewed to Paid, with reminders at 24, 48 and 72 hours. A paid charge can issue event tickets, and you can resend or refund it from the same screen.
- Smart Refunds
- Refund an order by category, picking Tickets, Service Fees, Packages or Amenities, or enter a custom amount. You can refund and deactivate the ticket, or refund one line item and keep the ticket active. Each refund is logged in the order's refund history, and the buyer gets a refund email with your reason.
- Cancel & Refund
- Cancel an event and issue Stripe refunds for every active ticket in one action. You review each ticket's refund status, write a cancellation reason for the refund email, and type CANCEL to confirm. If the date belongs to a multi-night bundle, you also choose how bundle purchases are handled.
- Balance & Disputes
- The admin sidebar shows your current Stripe balance, split into Pending and Available. On the dashboard, a Disputes tile counts open chargebacks and shows the amount at risk. It also separates the disputes that need a response from those under review.
- Events Revenue
- The Events Revenue page lists every event with gross revenue, payment processing fees and net profit, plus totals for the period you pick. You can enter payroll and shuttle costs inline, then export a CSV with one row per event or monthly or yearly totals.
Affiliates & Promos
- Promo Codes
- Create percentage or fixed dollar per ticket discount codes from one screen. Type your own code or generate one, and choose whether a percentage code discounts tickets, hotel packages or amenities and packages. Summary cards show total, active and used codes at a glance.
- BOGO Offers
- Build buy-one-get-one codes with a maximum quantity from 2 to 20 tickets. At checkout, buyers see a banner confirming the deal and how much they save, plus a prompt to pick tickets in pairs when their quantity doesn’t qualify yet.
- Code Scope
- Limit a code to specific events, venues or pickup locations so it only works where you intend. Buyers who enter it somewhere else see a clear message that the code isn’t valid for that event, venue or pickup.
- Usage Rules
- See how many times each code has been used and who used it last, and pause any code instantly with the Active switch. Comped codes cap how many free tickets one order can claim, and BOGO codes cap how many tickets the deal covers.
- Early Promo Entry
- Let buyers enter and check a promo code while they are still choosing tickets, before contact and payment details, so they see their discount early. Without it, code entry stays on the payment step.
- Shareable Links
- Copy a code, copy a purchase link that pre-fills it, or email it straight to a customer. The share email is branded and includes a one-click link that applies the code at checkout, with an optional personal note.
- Affiliate Codes
- Flag any code as an affiliate code to track its sales for payouts. A referral link captures the code automatically and shows buyers a banner confirming it, and the code is remembered for a set time if they leave and come back.
- Affiliate Reports
- See sessions, conversions, tickets sold and revenue for every affiliate code. A breakdown shows whether buyers arrived through a referral link or typed the code at checkout, and a Performance by Affiliate table compares each code side by side.
- Affiliate Portal
- Give affiliates their own login that shows only the reports for their codes, plus an optional in-app alert whenever one of their codes sells a ticket. Organization admins can add team members, send password resets and revoke access for their partner organization.
- Partner Embeds
- Set up partner organizations with a display name, co-brand label and approved websites, then generate an embed snippet that carries their affiliate code. Their customers check out on the partner’s site with a thank-you banner, and every sale is credited to that partner.
- Partner API
- Give approved partners an API key to read your event catalog, event details, pickup locations and current availability. Keys come in test and live versions, requests are rate limited, and partner affiliates can open built-in developer docs from their reports.
Marketing
- Email Campaigns
- Pick a saved template and a saved audience, then send now or schedule it for later. A test send is required before anything goes out, and afterwards you see delivered, opened, clicked and bounced, the top clicked links, and a one-click retry for failures.
- Email Designer
- A drag-and-drop block builder: headers, hero images, text, multi-column layouts, buttons, dividers and footers. Drop in pre-built sections, personalize with merge tags, keep it on-brand with your color palette, or let AI draft the first version.
- Audience Segments
- Build audiences from your past ticket buyers by event and pickup location, or upload a CSV. Add shoppers who abandoned their cart at a chosen checkout step, preview the unique-email count, and save the audience for any campaign.
- Campaign Attribution
- Every sent campaign gets a Purchase Attribution card: a funnel from storefront visits to confirmed orders inside a window after the send (48 hours by default), with purchases, conversion rate and revenue.
- Lifecycle Automations
- Pre-built emails laid out on a timeline around your event: one week out, the day before, shuttle and logistics updates, a thank-you, and as many custom emails as you need. Each has its own sender, subject and template, with delivered, opened and clicked activity for the last 30 days.
- Event Email Blasts
- Email everyone holding tickets to an event in a few clicks, for a reschedule, a cancellation or a custom message. Narrow it to a pickup location, hotel or amenity holders, or hand-picked attendees, and preview it before it goes.
- Branded Emails
- Every confirmation, reminder, refund and update arrives in your brand: your colors and logo in the header, and your contact email, social links, policies and mailing address in the footer.
- Template Manager
- Keep several versions of each transactional email and target them by venue, event type, pickup location or a single event. The most specific live version is used automatically, with drafts, live preview, duplicate and restore.
- Feedback Requests
- An automated post-event "How was it?" email that sends attendees to your survey, tracked for delivery, opens and clicks like every other automation.
- Ticket Texts
- Conference buyers who opt in at checkout get a text with a link to their mobile pass. Staff can resend a pass by text from any ticket, with the QR code attached as a picture, and checkout consent comes with carrier-standard disclosures.
- Unsubscribe & Suppression
- One-click unsubscribe that works in Gmail and Yahoo. Unsubscribes, hard bounces and spam complaints are suppressed automatically from future marketing sends, and ticket receipts still get through.
- Blog Manager
- Connect Wix or Squarespace, generate an SEO-ready post for any event with AI, and publish it to your site as a draft, with an FAQ and a Get Tickets button included.
- Content Cards
- Rotating promo cards at the top of your ticket storefront, each with a headline, image, linked events and up to three buttons. Schedule start and end dates, drag to set the rotation order, and choose how they show on phones.
Tracking & Reporting
- Meta Pixel + CAPI
- Add your Pixel ID and Conversions API dataset, and BetterTickets sends page view, add to cart, checkout, lead and purchase events from the browser and from the server. A shared event ID lets Meta deduplicate them, and Run Health Check tests your credentials against Meta’s API.
- Google Ads
- Enter your Conversion ID and Conversion Label to fire a Google Ads conversion with the order value when a purchase completes. Funnel steps like view item, add to cart and begin checkout are sent too, and Run Health Check validates your IDs and gtag.js reachability.
- UTM Tracking
- UTM source, medium, campaign, content and term are captured when a buyer lands, along with ad click IDs from Meta, Google, Microsoft, TikTok and LinkedIn. They travel with the session into the order, and the Funnel report shows the source, campaign and medium behind each session, including purchases.
- Funnel Analytics
- The Funnel report follows sessions from Page Viewed through Added To Cart, Lead Captured, Payment Started and Purchased, with conversion and drop-off at every stage. Break traffic down by source, device, country, and embedded versus direct, then open any stage to see the sessions behind it.
- Purchase Traffic
- Open Purchase Traffic on any event to see Active Now, total visits, unique visitors and conversion over the previous day, 7 days, 30 days or All Time, with Browse through Confirmed counts for each location. Ticket Sales Flow on the dashboard shows a sales funnel you can filter by clicking an upcoming event.
- Live Dashboard
- The home dashboard shows active events, tickets sold in the prior 30 days, yearly ticket totals and a monthly year-over-year sales chart. Pick an event to bring up Quick Actions with sold counts and revenue, which refresh automatically on show day.
- Reports Suite
- Reports brings tickets, revenue and check-ins together in tabs for Overview, Events, Tickets, Packages, Amenities and Locations. Filter by year, event or location to see revenue by event, monthly trends and refunds, and every event page has its own ticket analytics.
- Event Comparison
- Compare Events lines up two to five events on one chart of cumulative tickets sold, by days until the event, days since first sale or calendar date. Each event shows tickets, revenue, customers and check-in rate, charts sit side by side or overlaid, and results export to CSV or PDF.
- Event Financials
- Events Revenue gives owners a profit view for every event: gross revenue, payment processing fees, platform and location fees, payroll and shuttle costs, and net profit. Edit payroll and shuttle costs inline, filter by year or month, and export to CSV per event or as monthly or yearly totals.
- Query Builder
- Build custom reports by picking measures, dimensions, filters and a date range, then compare against the prior period or prior year. Chart results as lines, bars, donuts or KPIs, save queries to rerun anytime, and copy results as CSV.
- Scheduled Reports
- Schedule ticket, event, location summary, ticket backup, event financial or saved query reports every day, on specific days, weekly or monthly in your timezone. Each run can email a CSV download link, write a dated tab to a shared Google Sheet, or attach a branded PDF.
- Daily Event Report
- On each event day, a summary email with a PDF goes out at the hour you choose. Pick the sections, such as status badges, ticket counts per location, shuttle schedules, staff shifts and a full ticket list, and send it to selected roles plus assigned staff.
- Data Exports
- Export ticket lists, report tabs, funnel sessions, event comparisons and revenue tables to CSV whenever you need them. Ticket exports filter by year and event, and comparison charts also download as PDF for sharing.
Website
- Page Builder
- Build branded landing pages by adding blocks from a palette, dragging them into order on a live canvas and fine-tuning each one in a properties panel. Changes save automatically, and Preview shows the page at desktop, tablet and mobile widths.
- Content Blocks
- Lay out pages with nearly 20 content blocks, including hero, text, image gallery, video, countdown, testimonials, FAQ, map, social links, band bio and footer. Many blocks offer layout choices, such as cinematic, split or minimal heroes and grid or masonry galleries.
- Ticket Blocks
- Drop live ticket sales onto any page with event grids, sliders and lists, package cards, bundle cards and a Get Tickets button. Show all events or filter by band, artist or specific events, and buyers check out in a slide-out drawer without leaving the page.
- Page Settings
- Give each page its own title, description, SEO title, share image, favicon and hero image. Set a five-color palette for buttons, accents, background and text, and choose whether the page appears in your public experiences directory.
- Page Readiness
- A readiness check flags problems before buyers see them, such as a page with nothing to buy, a missing share preview or an event that will not sell. Most issues come with a fix button that adds the missing block or opens the right setting.
- Versions & Publishing
- Every page moves through Draft, Published and Archived, with one-click Publish and Unpublish, Duplicate and an editable page URL. Save a named version anytime, and AI changes snapshot the page first, so you can compare versions and restore an earlier layout.
- Brand Kit
- Set your logo, favicon and brand colors once, and they carry across your ticket storefront. Customize the homepage heading, a rotating image slider on the purchase page, social media links and your footer and legal links.
- Custom Domains
- Your storefront runs on your own BetterTickets subdomain from day one. If you'd rather use your own domain, our team connects it during setup once you add a DNS record, so buyers browse, check out and share links on your address.
- Contact Form
- Your storefront includes a built-in Contact page you can tailor. Add your own inquiry topics, send specific topics to their own inbox, and collect extra details with custom fields you can mark as required.
- SEO Built In
- Every storefront automatically publishes a sitemap, an llms.txt file for AI assistants and an RSS feed of upcoming events. Event pages carry structured event data with prices and availability, plus link-preview tags so shared links show the right title and image in texts and social posts.
- Event SEO
- Each event has an SEO and social preview panel for its meta title, description, keywords, share image and canonical URL, with character counters. Live previews show the Google result and the Facebook, iMessage and Slack card, and one switch hides an event from Google and Bing.
Event Day & Staff
- Staff Mobile App
- A native iOS and Android app where staff check guests in, see their shifts and request open ones. Managers get a quick dashboard with today's sales, active events and a ticket lookup. An optional biometric lock keeps the app protected.
- Scan to Check In
- Point the staff app's camera at a ticket QR code to check a guest in. Every scan shows a clear result, such as Checked In or Already Checked In, with tones or a spoken ticket count. Staff can turn on the flashlight, enter a code by hand, or find a guest by name.
- Web Check-In
- Check guests in from any phone, tablet or laptop browser: search by name, confirmation ID or email, then press and hold to check in. Checked In and Pending counts, location filters and each location's check-in window stay on screen. Managers can change a location's quantity or disable it right from the door.
- Offline Check-In
- Save an event's guest list to the device before heading somewhere with poor signal. With no connection, staff keep checking guests in from the saved list, and each check-in waits on the device. Once back online everything syncs, and any guest already checked in on another device is flagged and skipped.
- Event Lead View
- The check-in screen shows who is running the event: the Event Lead, with a tap-to-call phone number. Event leads and managers also get a Staff Schedule panel. It lists everyone working that event with their role, location and phone, so questions at the door get answered quickly.
- Staff Scheduling
- Plan staffing for every event on one Schedule Manager board. Apply your roles to create open shifts, add more where needed, and assign people from a Staff View, a drag-and-drop Grid View or a List. A Needs Attention tab gathers decisions waiting on you, and owners can track payroll cost per event.
- Schedule Roles
- Define the jobs your events need, such as Event Lead, with an acronym, a description and limits per event or per location. Drag roles into priority order and switch them on or off. Rules like Requires, Excludes and Cannot Hold Both catch conflicting assignments before they happen.
- Shift Requests
- Staff open Request Shifts to browse open shifts on a three-month calendar, request the ones they want and rank their favorites. Managers approve or deny requests from one queue, and staff get an email with the decision. Staff can also ask to be released from a shift they can no longer work.
- Shift Releases
- Open shifts for many events in one step. Pick the events, preview the roles that will open, and choose Release & Notify Staff to email your team. Schedule History lists who was emailed and who opened or clicked, and requests can be closed or reopened per event or role.
- Role-Based Access
- Give each person a role, from Owner, Admin and Manager to Staff, Driver, Marketer and Affiliate, and they see only what that role allows. Choose which pages and tabs Managers, Staff+, Staff, Drivers and Marketers can open. Owners, admins and managers can use View As Role to preview the app as a lower role.
- Move Tickets
- Move a guest to another event or pickup location right from the ticket page. Sold-out pickups are blocked, and you see the new location and any price change before you confirm. If a pickup is cancelled, move all of its tickets to another pickup on the same event in one step, then email those attendees.
- Ticket Journey
- Every ticket page shows its journey, from the purchase confirmation through reminders and shuttle updates to post-event emails. Each message shows whether it was sent, delivered, opened or clicked. Staff can add internal notes, view the emails and texts that went out, and resend a confirmation email or pass text.
- Activity Log
- A filterable record of what your team changed and when, including event edits, capacity changes, refunds, role changes, shift decisions and promo codes. Filter by category, person or event, or jump straight to refunds. Each event also has its own activity view with a check-in log showing who admitted each guest.
Vendors
- Application Forms
- Build each event's application with sections and custom questions, including dropdowns, yes/no, checkboxes and agreement terms. Set open and close dates, an application fee and the public page copy. Save forms to the Forms Library to reuse, or copy a whole vendor setup from another event.
- Booth Pricing
- Set up named booth options like a 10×10 Standard with date-based price tiers such as Early Bird, plus an optional quantity cap. Keep a library of add-ons like power drops and attach them to an event with a set quantity. Applicants see today's price and how many spots remain.
- Application Wizard
- Each event with a vendor application gets a public page showing dates, booth options with current prices and a button to message the organizer. Applicants move through a step-by-step form, review their answers and accept your terms, then pay any application fee by card to finish submitting.
- Vendor Applications
- Every application lands in one review queue you can search and filter by status and event. Open an application to see the booth option, add-ons, locked total and form answers, then add internal notes and approve or deny it. Approval adds the vendor to the event roster automatically.
- Jury Scoring
- Several reviewers can score the same application from 1 to 10 and add comments. Each reviewer's score is saved under their name, and the applications list shows the average and how many scores it has, so juried shows can compare applicants side by side before deciding.
- Booth Maps
- Lay out your exhibit floor by dragging booth types onto a grid, from 10×10 Standard to Food Truck, across multiple floors. Set each booth's price, setup instructions and notes, assign vendors, and save the layout as a template for your next event.
- Vendor Invoices
- Booth-fee invoices are created automatically when you approve an application with a booth fee due on approval. Vendors pay by card in their portal and the invoice is marked paid on its own. You can mark offline payments as paid and track outstanding and collected totals.
- Vendor Portal
- Vendors get their own login to track applications, see the events they're booked for, view their booth on the map and pay invoices. A dashboard shows assigned events, pending applications and unpaid invoices at a glance, and vendors keep their own profile up to date.
- Vendor Comms
- Email confirmed vendors an acceptance letter, day-of details or a post-event survey from the event's Communications tab, sending yourself a test first. Optional automations also email vendors when they're approved or declined, when a booth payment arrives, and before and after the event.
- Vendor Directory
- Show confirmed vendors on a conference event's public page in a Vendors at This Event section. Each card shows the vendor's name, category, a short description and a link to their website, pulled from the vendor profiles you already keep.
- Vendor Profiles
- Keep one record per vendor with contacts, address, category, status and internal notes, searchable across all your events. Each profile shows event history with booth and fee, invoice history, and totals like events, attendance rate, payment rate and total paid.
- Vendor Reports
- A Vendors tab in Reports summarizes total vendors, applications, approval rate and booth revenue, both paid and outstanding. Charts break down vendors by category, applications by status and revenue by event, with a ranked list of top vendors by paid booth fees.
AI
- AI Page Builder
- Describe the landing page you want, pick a style preset, and optionally paste a reference site whose colors and fonts you like. AI builds a complete page from content and ticket blocks, with a title, SEO description and color palette, and you preview it before choosing Use This Layout.
- AI Page Editing
- Select any block on a landing page and tell AI what to change, such as a shorter headline with more urgency. Or type one instruction in the Refine bar to change the whole page, like adding an FAQ before the footer. Whole-page refines save a copy to History first, so you can restore it.
- AI Bundle Pages
- Open a multi-night bundle and click Generate Landing Page. AI turns the bundle's nights, components and savings into a branded landing page with a bundle card that sends buyers to book it, saved as a draft in Experiences for you to refine and publish.
- AI Site Plans
- Add a Scene block to a landing page, describe the grounds, and AI lays out a site plan with stages, zones, vendors, parking and shuttle paths. Buyers see it as a 2D map that upgrades to a 3D view on capable devices, and you can adjust it one instruction at a time.
- AI Event Import
- Paste a link to an event page from a ticketing or venue site and click Parse. AI fills in the event name, date, doors time and image and matches the venue to one already in your account, with a confidence badge and a checklist showing which fields are filled.
- AI Email Writer
- Click Build with AI in your email templates, describe the campaign, and optionally link events, add a promo code and pick where images come from. AI writes the subject line, preview text and full block layout, and Save as Custom Template opens it in the designer.
- AI Blog Writer
- Generate a blog post for any event from its real details, with optional tone and instructions. AI writes the title, body, suggested FAQs and a Get Tickets button, plus editable SEO fields. Confirm & Publish sends it as a draft to your connected Wix or Squarespace site.
- AI Query Builder
- Ask a question in plain English, such as this year versus last year ticket revenue by day, and AI builds the query and picks a chart. It works across your events, tickets, checkout sessions, venues, pickup locations and promo codes, and you save it to rerun any time.
- AI Chart Refine
- Refine a saved query or its chart in plain English, like making it a donut, and review the proposed changes before you apply them. When a run fails, Fix with AI reopens it with the error, and Ask AI starts a follow-up from a point on a period comparison chart.
